Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I have alot of expirience , with forums mod and a game mod, in minecraft, I have become a sub-mod on 6 servers, an admin and mod on 4 servers, and I owned 2 servers. I have even once been a sub-mod in a TF2 server, I have been a mod or some form of staff many times , non-stop training, it is always being a pleasure to help those who need it. Unlike alot of people who want staff, I am doing this to help people and enforce rules with my trusty gun, the Enforcer. But mainly helping, I love seeing noobies get that enlightenment from being helped, or that one spycrab winner who is actualy dancing a victory jig IRL, and me, if I ever get to be mod.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
Alot, I have decided to do this segment in green, well because, green is alot cooler , I know the basic ethics to enforce rules to all in need on the server, I mainly like to help all in need, noobies who need help, or anyone, noob or not. I can bring tons of skills I have learned from my previous positions. People say you learn from your mistakes, when I started being staff, I made so many mistakes, but I haven't made any recently. The amount of skills that I can bring is the combination from 6 years of being staff for different games. So yes, The Skills Will Be BRUNG!

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
Now this one is orange, its cooler then green. I think I can be a good staff member because my previous bosses (the server owners) said that I wasn't very strict, actualy less then I am supposed to be, and "Whenever you are around, there is never a dull moment on Mysticcraft (wich is the most recent server i've been staff on). I make sure the game is fun; so fun people play for so long, when their friends ask what they were doing all this time, they will refer their friends to play. We have spycrabs for fun, for prizes; much fun on harpoon. I also know some other events as an admin I can host, we can have shows where people show the judges their cosmetics, and the judges vote on the best set of cosmetics ( Usually the unusual hat) and many more fun times.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
On the server, I usually spend a healthy 7 hours a day on it, on weekends I spend more then 12 sometimes.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
Everything is purple today, its the color of unusuals, wich many tf2 people like. The real question is: How can I not improve? I will enforce rules, help noobies and not ask for anything in return but, I do ask for permission to make every moment of harpoon amazing (all that I am on) I will help you all as much as I can, Harpoon is the server I am on for almost all my freetime, I'm even on it now as I am posting this. I can offer protection from cursers, scammers, double posters, mic hoggers, etc. I will also help all in need and only asking for permission to make the server as great as it can possibly be.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
Look at this sweet stench or radiance. I really want to be staff, everytime I see an opportunity for a great event, I don't have the permissions to do it, everytime I see someone cursing in chat, everytime is see a rule breaky get away with well, rulebreaking, I wish there was an admin there, so if I become an admin, I can set all those things right. I can be an admin while others are away, so please consider this application, it would mean the world to me if I actualy became an admin.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?:
Hello, I think you should know that I come from a long line of successful snaggletooths, when my dad was my age, his dad (my grandpa) helped a skilled sniper get headshots almost everytime, my grandpa being an Ol' Snaggletooth and my dad being a Lil' Snaggletooth. I am well known around the server, because I am the only cosmetic on the server that can speak. I hear that some staff of Harpoon Gaming like sniper, I am perfect for helping snipers get headshots, I really hope you accept this.: P.S. Every server needs a snaggletooth to make it great, why should this one not?

 

Well, maybe but I just want to be staff on the server, I honestly don't care what position I get from you, all I want is to help the peeps and host fun events. (I can donate for spycrabs)
